General conditions of event rental

• Our goods, plants and equipment, are for rental only.
• Any order (or change) must be made in writing; an order submitted on this website serves as such.
• If the desired variety or plant height is out of stock, it will automatically be replaced by the closest species.
• Plants are delivered in standard containers (white, black, grey, brown) at no extra cost, or in design containers at extra cost.
• Orders are only processed once paid in full. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, the full rental amount is due.
• Prices exclude VAT, in euros (€), for the usual duration of an event (7 days maximum). They include delivery, installation, maintenance for the duration of the show and collection.
• Any delivery outside Monaco and/or neighbouring towns requires prior agreement.
• The renter is solely responsible for the rented plants from delivery to collection.
• Insurance of the equipment is compulsory. Refusing insurance makes the renter fully liable for any damage and/or loss of goods, which will be invoiced at their sale price.
• The lessor cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to force majeure or any other reason beyond its control.
