Terms and conditions of sale and rental

Scope

These terms apply to all rental and sale orders placed with GREEN PLUS – SARL Narmino, 1 rue Grimaldi, BP 408, 98011 Monaco cedex, via the website, by email, by phone or on quotation. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Event rental

Catalogue items (plants and equipment) are offered for rental only, for the usual duration of an event, i.e. 7 days maximum. Longer periods can be agreed on quotation.

Prices

Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. They include delivery, installation, maintenance during the event and collection in Monaco and neighbouring towns. Plants are delivered in standard containers (white, black, grey or brown) at no extra cost; design containers are charged extra. Items marked “on quotation” receive a personalised proposal.

Orders

Submitting an order on the website is a firm commitment by the customer. No online payment is required: our team contacts the customer to confirm availability, dates, venue and delivery details. Plant varieties are not contractual and may be replaced by equivalent varieties depending on availability and season.

Delivery

Delivery is provided in Monaco and neighbouring towns. Further afield, it is subject to prior agreement and may incur an extra charge. The customer must ensure access to the delivery venue at the agreed times.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. If cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery, the full rental amount remains due.

Customer responsibility

During the rental period, the customer is responsible for the plants and equipment provided. Any loss, theft or damage (other than normal wear) may be invoiced at replacement cost.

Payment

Invoices are payable as stated on the order confirmation or invoice. Late payment may incur penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.

Sales

Sales of plants, containers and creations (green walls, Moss Fashion®…) are subject to a specific quotation stating price, lead times, and delivery and installation conditions.

Personal data

Data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Monegasque law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.
