Legal framework

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Monegasque Law no. 1.165 of 23 December 1993 on the protection of personal information, as amended, and — where European regulation applies — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).

Data collected

We only collect the data you choose to send us: contact form, quote request, customer account (email, encrypted password or Google sign-in, company, phone, delivery address), order validation (name, company, email, phone, delivery address and dates, order content) and messages sent to our chat assistant.

Purposes

Your data is used solely to answer your requests, process and follow up your rental orders, and send you information related to your request. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations (generally 3 years after last contact for prospects; statutory periods for accounting and contractual obligations).

Cookies

This site only uses technical storage required for it to work, which is exempt from consent: theme preference, cart content and account sign-in session. No audience measurement tool or advertising cookie is used. Fonts are hosted on our own servers. The Google Maps map on the contact page only loads after you click: Google may then set its own cookies.

Hosting and processors

The site and its data are hosted on Lovable / Cloudflare infrastructure. Processors: Google ("Continue with Google" sign-in if you choose it, Google Maps map on request) and third-party artificial intelligence services for the chat assistant, used only while generating a reply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict, erase and port your data. You can delete your customer account yourself from "My account"; past orders are then kept, detached from your account, for our accounting obligations. For any other request: contact page or info@greenplus.mc. In Monaco, the competent supervisory authority is the Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN).
